Refund policy

9.A Orders placed with URATECH SWISS may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment of the order by contacting URATECH SWISS customer service.

9.B Returned or exchanged items must be intact and complete, in their original packaging (with the label containing its references) and accompanied by the delivery note. If returned or exchanged items do not meet the aforementioned conditions, URATECH is entitled to return the goods to the Buyer and invoice him for them. The delivery costs may, in this case, be borne by the Buyer.

9.C Items delivered as a kit that have been unpacked and assembled, items ordered to measure or personalized, as well as items that have been tested cannot under any circumstances be returned or exchanged.

9.D An item delivered as a kit which has only been unpacked will be taken back for a lump sum of CHF 150.- (one hundred and fifty francs), all taxes included. This amount includes the return of the goods by the shipping service mandated by URATECH SWISS as well as the repackaging of the goods by URATECH SWISS. The amount must be paid directly to the shipping service commissioned by URATECH SWISS on the day of collection. Provision 9.H also applies for making appointments.

9.E In case of return of goods, the return must be made by La Poste and the return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

9.F In the event of an exchange of goods, the exchange must be made by La Poste and the return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

9.G In the event of partial deliveries, the period begins to run upon receipt of each package.

9.H Items delivered by the shipping service mandated by URATECH SWISS can be returned or exchanged using the same service. The Buyer who returns goods by shipping service must first contact URATECH SWISS customer service in order to organize the return of the goods. He must also assume the costs related to this return.

9.I Subject to provisions 9.C and 9.D, in the event of return of goods by the shipping service mandated by URATECH SWISS, a lump sum of CHF 50.- (fifty francs) is charged to the Buyer. When the goods have been delivered by the delivery service of our partners, the service provider's return conditions apply. The amount of the return costs will be added to the customer's account.

9.J URATECH SWISS cannot be held responsible in any way if the goods could not be delivered by the delivery service used. In certain exceptional cases, URATECH SWISS may offer a refund equivalent to the price of the order minus the delivery costs.
